Case deletion
You can delete a case when you have finished the investigation work in the application.
After you download the report
Download your investigation report and any supporting exports, then delete the case when you have finished. You can use the case-deletion option immediately after saving the files you need.
The case-deletion function removes the case record and associated working files. Backups, operational records and any separately retained copies are governed by the deployment operator’s retention arrangements.
This website
The product website does not accept bank-statement uploads. Its demo uses synthetic data. No analytics script or tracking cookie is added by this website.
The enquiry form
The contact page carries one form. What you type in it is sent to the Tarang team as an email and is not stored by this website, written to any database, or passed to a third-party form service. The request reaches our own endpoint on the hosting platform, which emails it and keeps nothing.
Your details are sent in the body of the request, never in the address bar, so they do not appear in your browser history or in the page address you might share. That holds whether or not JavaScript is switched on. We reply to the email address you give, and we ask you to keep bank statements, account numbers and case documents out of the message.
